GDH is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing organization. As the Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates to fill corporate roles including staffing recruiters, account executives, managers, accounting, human resources, you name it.  The Corporate Recruiter drives the overall success of full life cycle recruitment efforts for multiple core functions to continue to build the GDH team and brand.

A day in the life of the Corporate Recruiter includes:

  • Source, recruit, screen and assess candidates for all corporate roles
  • Employ innovative search strategies to attract top active and passive talent
  • Develop a robust candidate pipeline across a diverse requisition load and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment
  • Consult with hiring teams on candidate market trends
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to identify top-tier talent
  • Work with hiring managers to develop strategies, set prioritization of positions worked and communicate recruiting updates effectively 
  • Articulate the strengths and limitation of the candidates to hiring managers
  • Drive the GDH college recruiting effort and internship program


The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience, a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience, effective communication skills, professionalism, business acumen, relationship skills, strong research skills, knowledge of recruiting resources, technical skills including use of ATS, and tons of initiative.
