  • GDH pays 70% of the premium cost for the healthcare coverage elected for employee and family.

  • For 2016, GDH is offering a 50% match on the employee deferral, up to a maximum of 6% depending on years of service.
  • Employees are eligible on their 1st year anniversary date.

Paid Time Off (PTO) 
  • Accrued annual PTO based on employee's tenure. 
Wellness Reimbursement 
  • GDH will reimburse all eligible employees for the cost of gym memberships, personal trainer sessions, or fitness classes. The Maximum reimbursement amount is $50.00 per month.
  • GDH will reimburse eligible employees for participation in other athletic events, such as running, bicycling, or other approved fitness competitions. The maximum reimbursement amount is $25.00 of the cost of the activity (up to 1 activity per month).

Recognition and Rewards

We constantly identify ways to recognize and reward our hard-working and committed employees. The recognition and rewards come in all shapes and sizes including cash, extra PTO, trip rewards to the account team with the most growth, MVP award at our annual sales kickoff meeting, and a 10 year GDH ring. The reward of all rewards is when a production employee or corporate employee has reached The Summit by meeting their responsibilities and expectations established by the Company. The Summit trip is an annual trip for those accomplished employees and one guest to travel with GDH to a fabulous destination and GDH picks-up the major expense items.

NEW!! Gradifi Student Loan Paydown

GDH offers a Student Loan Paydown Plan! We know that student loans can be overwhelming so we want to help you pay them off faster so that you can achieve your other goals in life and do our part in helping tackle the Nation’s burgeoning $1.3 trillion dollars in student loan debt. We have partnered with Gradifi to bring our team this exciting, new benefit that only 3% of U.S. employers offer to their employees.

How it works:

  • Eligible employees will receive $75.00 a month towards their student loan for 36 months.
  • GDH will send the contribution to Gradifi, who will then send it directly to your loan service provider along with any other Paydown Rewards you earn at Gradifi.
  • You continue to make your regular monthly payment.
  • Because the GDH payment goes directly to your principal, you will save money and cut the time down it takes to pay off your loan!
